First Day of Classes
Kindergarten
Kindergarten will have a staggered entry on this day. This will be communicated directly to the Kindergarten parents. No staggered entry for grades 1-6.
Kindergarten classes begin on Tuesday, September 2, 2025
- 8:45 AM-10:15 AM - Kindergarten Staggered Entry (Last Names Starting with A-K)
- 10:30 AM-12:00 PM - Kindergarten Staggered Entry (Last Names Starting with L-Z)
- Wednesday, Sept. 3 - All Kindergarten students together
Kindergarten will use the main entry doors of the building
- 8:40 AM – Bell Rings – Teacher will support students in getting to the classroom.
- 8:45 - 11:59 AM – Monday to Thursday, and there are no Kindergarten classes on Fridays.
- Parents pick up at the flag pole at the front of the school.
Grades 1 - 6
The first day of school for Grades 1 - 6 is Tuesday, September 2, 2025. School hours are:
- Grades 1 - 6 (Monday to Thursday) 8:45 - 3:17
- Grades 1 - 6 (Fridays) 8:45 - 12:52
- Recess is from 10:23 AM - 10:38 AM Monday to Thursday, with an added Nutritional Break on Fridays.
The office will open starting on Wednesday, August 27, from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Transportation
Yellow School Bus Transportation
Our yellow school bus routes are designed over the summer using the addresses submitted before June's pre-registration deadline. Get ready for some exciting journeys!
Parking
Parking is limited. Use any “K” zone and register your plate at the office. “Hug and Go” is available 9 AM–3 PM—please avoid parking there outside these hours. Paid spots are also available nearby through ParkPlus.

School Supplies
Classroom School supplies will be provided to students upon arrival on their first day of school. Please ensure your child comes to school with a backpack, lunch with snacks, and a clean pair of indoor runners to keep at school. For kindergarten, all the same applies; however, no lunch is required, but please provide a snack for your child.

Digital technologies are transforming how we teach our students. We utilize a range of technology tools to personalize each student’s learning experience, including getting connected to Wi-Fi for seamless access to educational resources.
Off-Site Activities
Keep updated on field-trips and other exciting off-site activities throughout the year. We're excited to expand on learning opportunities by stepping outside of the classroom.
